Jeff's Salsa

Hmmm Fresh Salsa!
1 lg tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 TBS finely diced red onion
2 TBS olive oil
2 TBS cilantro, finely chopped
1 tsp jalapeno, seeded and minced
Juice of 1 lime
4 Tomatillos, diced
Mix everything together and serve with your favorite chips for a refreshing summer time snack!
